Today is an auspicious day on the New Year occasion for all global people as the New Year 2026 takes the position of the old year 2025. From the New Year occasion onward, may all global people be free from different types of existing and forthcoming dangers and bad things and enjoy all kinds of good things and advantages.
The great Magha Deva poem states that only when everyone abides by the four cardinal virtues will they be free from dangers and diseases and be healthy and wealthy with longevity. Hence, all people in Myanmar as well as the entire world need to uphold loving-kindness, compassion, empathy and detachment so as to enjoy beneficial qualities such as freedom from illness, safety from dangers and hazards, physical wholeness and completeness, prosperity, great strength and vigour, and longevity.
