The Ambassadors and Heads of Mission accredited to the Republic of the Union of Myanmar solemnly signed the Book of Condolence opened at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Sagawah Street, Yangon, starting from 8 August 2025, in honour of the late Pro Tem President, U Myint Swe, who passed away on 7 August 2025.

inscribed messages of condolence in tribute to the late Pro Tem President.
They were graciously received by
the Director-General of the Strategic Studies and Training Department of the
Ministry of Foreign Affairs, together with senior officials of the Ministry.
The Ambassadors and Heads of
Mission conveyed their deepest condolences and heartfelt sympathies to the
bereaved family of the late Pro Tem President, and to the Government and people
of Myanmar during this time of national mourning.
