They exchanged views on cooperation
in issues of teacher training, basic education and non-formal education,
implementation of Southeast Asia Primary Learning Metrics (SEA-PLM), and the
conditions for students who have passed Grade 9 of basic education to attend
industrial, agricultural and livestock basic education high schools.
The meeting was also attended by
Deputy Ministers for Education Dr Zaw Myint and U Nay Myo Hlaing, the
directors-general and UNICEF officials.
