SAC Member attends school enrolment launch, MSME Fair wrap-up in Myitkyina

 

State Administration Council Member Daw Dwe Bu and Kachin State Chief Minister U Khet Htein Nan attended the opening ceremony for the 2025–2026 academic year student enrolment campaign at the BEHS 1 in Myitkyina Township yesterday.

After the ceremonial procedures, the SAC member and party cordially met teachers, students and parents, and observed the school enrollment processes.

The chief minister remarked during the ceremony, and SAC Member Daw Dwe Bu and the party presented the textbooks, exercise books, stationery and uniforms to students.

The SAC member watched the performance of students at the event and observed the teaching aids displayed in the hall, mini educational exhibition booths and photo galleries.

On 25 May, the SAC member and officials attended the closing ceremony of the pre-monsoon MSME product exhibition, competition, market fair and award ceremony held at Sitapu Manaw Ground in Myitkyina.

Daw Dwe Bu also inspected the sales of products at the event, and they bought presents for departmental staff, ward administrators and educational staff.

During the award ceremony, the committee for the MSME product competition chair, Pro-Rector Dr Zin Mar Latt, explained the selection and screening process carried out to award prizes to the eleven competing entrepreneurs.

The SAC member, the Kachin State chief minister and officials then presented certificates and cash to first, second, third and special award winners.
