The government has been making efforts to repatriate Myanmar nationals who are encountering difficulties abroad by coordinating with the Myanmar Consulate-General and relevant embassies to ensure their safe return to Myanmar.
The Myanmar Embassy to Saudi Arabia
communicated with the authorities of Dammam to repatriate one Myanmar female
citizen, Ma Pyae Thinza Cho, who faced hardships in Dammam, by flight on 26
November from Riyadh, and she arrived back in Yangon on Wednesday evening.
On arrival in Myanmar, the returnee
shared the experiences she encountered in other countries and thanked the
government, the Myanmar Embassy and the Consulate-General for helping her.
