Union Minister for Education meets Russian Ambassador to Myanmar

 

UNION Minister for Education U Nyunt Pe received Mr Iskander Azizov, Russian Ambassador to Myanmar, and the delegation at the meeting hall of the Ministry of Education in Nay Pyi Taw yesterday.

At the meeting, they exchanged views on the matter to further promote cooperation in the education sector between Myanmar and Russia.

Also present at the meeting were Deputy Ministers Dr Zaw Myint and Dr Moe Zaw Tun, the permanent secretary, the director-general of the Department of Higher Education, and the Russian Economic and Commercial Consul and the Protocol Counsellor to Myanmar.
