THE Ministry of Transport and Communications has announced that Myanma Railways will procure electrical equipment through a tender system for the installation and construction of transformers at the Mahlwagon bridge frame factory and the Setsan staff housing.
The items to
be procured through the tender system include two types of 350 kVA Diesel
Engine Generator (Sound Proof) generators, 18 types of electrical equipment
such as CU/PVC/Insulated Only Wire 1Cx6mm² (100M/ Coil), and 21 types of CU/
PVC/PVC Wire (Single) 7/.064 (100Yds/Coil), along with ten types of Power
Electrical Equipment (21) CU/XLPE/ CTS/PVC-Triplex (CVT) 3C x 95mm².
Individual
entrepreneurs can obtain tender forms from 20 May at the Supply Department of
Myanma Railway located at the intersection of Merchant Street and 51st Street
in Botahtaung Township. The deadline for submitting tender forms is 20 June.
