Denial: Tatmadaw uses chemical gas bombs

 

THE malicious media, Khit Thit, intentionally spread false information, claiming that Tatmadaw had used chemical gas bombs in Kawkareik Township of Kayin State on 20 April, and terrorists and people had been suffering from dizziness and vomiting.

Tatmadaw conducts anti-terrorism activities in Kawkareik with the participation of locals, causing heavy casualties of terrorists in air attacks and ground operations. Terrorists spread false information that Tatmadaw used chemical gas bombs via malicious media outlets whenever encountered such heavy casualties.

Subversive media outlets spread fake news on social media to impose threats among the public and mislead the people about Tatmadaw.
