Advancement of satellite technological services clarified

 

UNION Minister for Information U Maung Maung Ohn thanked China Rocket Co Ltd for its clarification on satellite technological services and expressed his wish to cooperate with such a company in running the work process at the clarification on satellite technologies presented by officials of China Rocket Co Ltd at the ministry yesterday morning.

President Mr Zhang Dong of State-owned China Rocket Co Ltd and officials clarified satellite technological services and other services of the company, and its investments in many sectors including the education sector. The Union minister and attendees discussed plans to cooperate with the Ministry of Information and other necessary measures.

China Rocket Co Ltd, a branch of China Aerospace, plans to operate TV broadcasting measures in the Direct To Home (DTH) system in Myanmar in cooperation with Myanmar citizen-owned Borderless Broadcast Co Ltd together with Laos Asia-Pacific Satellite Co Ltd and implement satellite TV and satellite applied arenas in Myanmar on a wider scale.
