1. ACCORDING to the application of the Pa-O National Organization (PNO) party with its headquarters located at No 18, West City Circular Road, Zaypaing Ward, Taunggyi, Shan State, to the Union Election Commission to allow it to continue to be established and registered as a political party, the name of the party, the flag and emblem to be used by the party and the public objection were advertised in the daily newspapers released on 1-3-2023.
2. There was an objection to the party flag being used by this organization, and the Union Election Commission found that it violated Rule 14 (b) of the registration of political parties, so it was revised.
3. Therefore, if someone wants to object to the mentioned party flag, which was revised and prepared by the Pa-O National Organization (PNO) party, they can object to the Union Election Commission Flag design of the Pa-O National Organization (PNO) party with valid evidence within seven days from the date of this announcement to the public under Rule 14 (d) of the Registration of Political Parties.
