If comprehensive training skill is combined with good administration, Tatmadaw members will have to secure missions and visions: Vice-Senior General

THE correct administration system will affect welfare and then gain good morality, which is important for success, said Vice-Chairman of the State Administration Council Deputy Commander-in-Chief of Defence Services Commander-in-Chief (Army) Vice-Senior General Soe Win in separately meeting with servicemen, families and trainees in Myeik, Palauk and Heinze stations yesterday.

Speaking at the meetings, the Vice-Senior General said that as the Tatmadaw is currently playing an essential role in the State, all Tatmadaw members need to understand and conscientiously serve their duties and functions. Only when they know the truth will they do the correct work with success. The training is crucial for thoroughly discharging the duty. If so, they will have self-confidence and then secure victory through skillfulness. Only when they study the development of military technologies will they have the capacity to keep abreast of other countries by building the modern armed forces. If comprehensive training skill is combined with good administration, Tatmadaw members will have to secure missions and visions. The Commander-in-Chief of Defence Services adopted the policies for agriculture and livestock to contribute to the welfare of the entire armed forces as of 2012. As a result, such an effect effectively helps food supplies for service members and families. The correct administration system will affect the welfare and gain good morality, which is important for success. Training, administration, welfare, and morality are interrelated for smoothly achieving success in all duties and functions to build military unity automatically.

The Vice-Senior General stressed that the Prime Minister set 2022 as the Year of Peace with an invitation to hold the peace talks. As peace is essential for holding a free and fair election, the Head of State invited all to convene the peace talks.

He continued to say that trainees have to learn lessons given at the training depots to apply them in the practical fields. All Tatmadw members need to abide by the fitness and health awareness policy handed down by Tatmadaw. Then, the Vice-Senior General coordinated with officials to fulfil the requirement of service members and families.

After presenting foodstuffs to servicemen and families, the Vice-Senior General warmly greeted them.

The Vice-Senior General and party inspected the raising of layers, breeding of broilers, DYL pigs and dairy cows, and cultivating seasonal crops at the multiple agriculture and livestock farm of the local training depot in Palauk Station.
