Union Minister for Foreign Affairs receives Indian Ambassador

 

U Wunna Maung Lwin, Union Minister for Foreign Affairs of the Republic of the Union of Myanmar, received Mr Vinay Kumar, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of India to the Republic of the Union of Myanmar at 12:30 pm on 6 April 2022 at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in Nay Pyi Taw.

During the call, the Union Minister congratulated the Ambassador for the latter’s appointment as Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of India to the Republic of the Union of Myanmar. They cordially exchanged views on matters pertaining to the further advancement of the existing friendly bilateral relations and mutually beneficial cooperation between the two countries, and strengthening closer collaboration in regional and multilateral contexts.
