Myanmar nationals return through land borders

THE border camps receive Myanmar returnees from foreign countries. Two hundred sixty-seven people – 136 males and 131 females – returned to Muse Township in Shan State (north), while 16 people – ten males and six females to Chinshwehaw Township on 22 April and 253 people – 144 males and 109 females to Myawady Township of Kayin State yesterday.

The health officials, Tatmadaw medics and other officials provided health-related matters for quarantine.

Then, township administrative officials sent them to their respective towns by vehicle, and those who tested positive for COVID-19 were confined to designated places.
