Closing ceremony of Nay Pyi Taw Maha Thingyan Pandal held

 

THE closing ceremony of the Maha Thingyan Festival 1383 ME was held at the Nay Pyi Taw Maha Thingyan Festival Pandal yesterday evening.

Present at the ceremony were State Administration Council Member Saw Daniel and his wife, Constitutional Tribunal Chairman U Thar Htay, Union Ministers, the Nay Pyi Taw Council chairman, deputy ministers, and members of the Nay Pyi Taw Council, heads of departments, artistes and invitees.

Nay Pyi Taw Maha Thingyan Pandal was closed after delivering of the new year greeting speech of Chairman of the Nay Pyi Taw Council Mayor Dr Maung Maung Naing at the ceremony.

Then the ceremony was concluded by singing Mann Taung Yeik Kho song performed by choral dance troupes of the Ministry of Religious Affairs and Culture.
