WELL-WISHERS donated oxygen concentrators to the Central Committee on Prevention, Control and Treatment of COVID-19 with a ceremony yesterday afternoon at the COVID-19 Central Command Centre of the Ministry of Health.
During the donation ceremony, Union Election Commission Member U Than Tun explained purpose of the donations and Dr Nyi Nyi Tun from Bhone Pyae San (BPS Trading & Construction Co., Ltd) highlighted their purpose of the donation.
Next, Secretary of the Central Committee on Prevention, Control and Treatment of COVID-19, Union Minister for Health Dr Thet Khaing Win accepted K3 million donated by staff of the Union Election Commission Office led by Chairman of the Union Election Commission U Thein Soe and members and 10 sets of MICiTECH branded 10-litre oxygen concentrators by Dr Nyi Nyi Tun and Daw Phyu Thet Khaing from Bhone Pyae San (BPS Trading & Construction Co., Ltd) and family.
After donations, Union Minister Dr Thet Khaing Win presented certificates of honour to the donors. Afterwards, the Union Minister expressed words of thanks and appreciation for the donation of K3 million and oxygen concentrators.
