Union Minister Dr Aung Thu receives Singaporean Ambassador

UNION Minister for Agriculture, Livestock and Irrigation Dr Aung Thu received Singaporean Ambassador Ms Vanessa Chan at his office in Nay Pyi Taw yesterday.

During the meeting, they discussed matters related to advanced technology to be used and standard work equipment to be installed in animal health and livestock businesses, the ministry’s tender rules and producers, efforts for livestock sector development, arrangement for the use of microchip ear tag, and the possibility of Singapore tech companies to invest in Myanmar’s agriculture and livestock sectors.
