Myanmar, Bangladesh conduct coordinated patrol at border

MYANMAR and Bangladesh police forces conducted a coordinated patrol at the border yesterday. The forces carried out the patrol between border posts 51/5 and 52 from 9 am to 11:20 am on 25 November, according to police source.

The Myanmar troop was led by Police Major Aung Shwe from No.5 Border Police, sub-division (Aung Thabyae), Area 1, Maungtaw Township, and the Bangladesh troop was led by Naib Subedar Md. Salim Uddin of No. 11 Border Guards Bangladesh (BGB).
Similarly, on the same day, another coordinated patrol between Myanmar and Bangladesh was conducted from the border post No. 41 to 41/5 from 8 am to 1:20 pm.
During the patrol, the Myanmar troop was led by police Captain Aung Kyaw Kyaw from No. 1 Border Police sub-division (Ngayantchaung), Area 2, Maungtaw Township.
