MoC Dy Minister inspects Tiddim’s departmental offices

 

DEPUTY Minister for Construction U Myo Myint, accompanied by members of the Rehabili­tation and Reconstruction Committee for Chin State, inspected the reopening of government offices and the performance of civil servants in Tiddim Township, Chin State, on 26 June.

The deputy minister met with the staff serving duties at the departmen­tal offices in Tiddim such as township municipal committee, Land Record Department, Myanma Farming Development Bank, Department of Ag­riculture, Women’s Vo­cational Training School (Tiddim), Training School for Development of Na­tionalities Youth from Bor­der Areas (Tiddim), Dis­trict Rural Development Department, EPC, Co­operatives Department, District General Admin­istrative Department and Township General Admin­istrative offices.

During meetings with staff, he emphasized that civil servants must strictly comply with civil service rules and regu­lations and perform their duties in accordance with the relevant laws, rules and procedures to avoid mistakes. He also stressed the importance of coordinating with rel­evant organizations and following all prescribed procedures accurately when implementing work requirements. He also urged staff to avoid any actions that could damage the image of the minis­try and the government while interacting with the public. He also coordinat­ed and addressed issues raised by the employees. He inspected the staff housing.

During the meeting with the town elders of Tiddim, he instructed them to work with the committee members and departmental officials in rehabilitation and re­construction activities in Chan State, as well as in regional development measures.
