Board of National Bank of Belarus First Deputy Chairman calls on Vice-President U Nyo Saw

Vice-President of the Republic of the Union of Myanmar U Nyo Saw received a delegation led by Mr Alexander Egorov, First Deputy Chairman of the Board of the National Bank of Belarus, at the hall of the President’s Office in Nay Pyi Taw yesterday morning.

They frankly discussed the further strengthening diplomat relations and friendly ties between Myanmar and Belarus, the signing of the memorandum of understanding on cooperation between the central banks of both countries, and the measures to cooperate on banking services, which can contribute to bilateral trade and investment between the central banks.

Also, present at the meeting were Deputy Minister U Khin Latt, Deputy Governor of the Central Bank of Myanmar U Zaw Myint Naing and officials. The First Deputy Chairman of the Board of the National Bank of Belarus was accompanied by Hanoi-based Belarusian Ambassador to Myanmar, Mr Uladzimir Baravikou, and officials.
