Defence Services Commander-in-Chief General Ye Win Oo, accompanied by his wife Daw Nilar, senior Tatmadaw officers from the Office of the Commander-in-Chief and their spouses, the Central Command commander, and other officials, visited the Tatmadaw Hospital in Magway yesterday morning.
Upon arrival
at the hospital, the Defence Services Commander-in-Chief and party were
welcomed by the hospital commandant and responsible officials.
General Ye
Win Oo met and offered words of encouragement to officers and soldiers, members
of the Myanmar Police Force, and members of the People’s Militia (local) who
are receiving medical treatment there.
The Defence
Services Commander-in-Chief and his team then toured the wards, meeting
officers, other ranks, Myanmar Police Force personnel and members of the
People’s Militia (local) who are undergoing treatment. He spoke with them
individually, enquiring about their medical conditions, the treatment they were
receiving, and their recovery progress. He also offered words of encouragement
and presented them with food items and financial awards.
Similarly,
the wife of the Defence Services Commander-in-Chief and accompanying members
visited the women’s and children’s wards, where they met patients receiving
treatment, offered encouragement, and provided support items as well as
donations for the hospital.
Afterwards,
the General and his delegation inspected the hospital facilities and gave
necessary instructions.
