THE Myanmar delegation, led by Union Minister for Ministry 2 of the President’s Office U Ko Ko Hlaing and Union Minister for Legal Affairs and Union Attorney-General Dr Thida Oo, is striving to establish the truth in response to the accusations made by The Gambia, demonstrating the responsibility and dignity of the country before the International Court of Justice (ICJ) in The Hague, the Netherlands, from 12 to 29 January 2026.

The Sanatan Dharma Swayamsevak Sangh (HQ) fully supports a firm, decisive response to the unjust accusations against our country, grounded in the rule of law. Such action reflects the actual situation in Myanmar and is an important factor in helping the international community better understand and place its trust in Myanmar.

The Sanatan Dharma Swayamsevak Sangh (HQ) expresses its support for the Agent of Myanmar team attending the ICJ hearing and representing the country under international law. The association hereby issues this statement to affirm its full solidarity with the policies of the country.
