All-Myanmar Hindu Central Council Statement

THE Myanmar delegation, led by Union Minister for Ministry 2 of the President’s Office U Ko Ko Hlaing and Union Minister for Legal Affairs and Union Attorney-General Dr Thida Oo, is attending oral hearings at the International Court of Justice (ICJ) in The Hague, the Netherlands, from 12 to 29 January 2026 to respond, under international law, to allegations brought by The Gambia.

The All-Myanmar Hindu Central Council fully supports the Myanmar delegation appearing before the Court to ensure justice in accordance with international legal principles and norms. The Council also hopes that the judges of the ICJ will make their decisions in the practice of noble judicial ethics.

The All-Myanmar Hindu Central Council stands together with the Myanmar delegation appearing before the ICJ under international law, for the dignity and interests of Myanmar.
