The Senior
General underlined that knowledge makes a good person, and skills make a
capable person, emphasizing that formal education is necessary to develop
knowledge. Efforts must be made to enhance knowledge, skills, and educational
attainment, as education elevates an individual’s life. Therefore, they should
regularly study books and literature that provide knowledge and stimulate
thinking.
The Senior
General emphasized that a multiparty democratic general election will be held
in the near future. In voting, it is important to choose and support candidates
who can respect and uphold their responsibilities, genuinely serve the
interests of their region and the nation, participate effectively in
legislative work, and work together with the Tatmadaw to promote the country’s
welfare.
He pledged
that after the election, the government that emerges will be entrusted with the

ensure the successful conduct of a free and fair multiparty democratic general
election.
