DEPUTY Minister for Religious Affairs and Culture Daw Nu Mra Zan attended a ceremony at the National University of Arts and Culture (Yangon) in Dagon Myothit (South) Township, Yangon, where the Myanmar Motion Pictures Organization (MMPO) donated 281 English-language film books to the university library yesterday.
The deputy
minister said that the books will not only aid in teaching but also provide
benefits, such as assisting in paper preparation and enhancing knowledge. Next,
U Kyi Soe Tun, Chairman of the MMPO, explained the book donation, and Dr Kathy
Htwe, Rector of the university, expressed her appreciation.
