THE second-day meeting of the State Peace Talks Team and delegations of the United Wa State Party-UWSP, the National Democratic Alliance Army-NDAA and the Shan State Progress Party-SSPP continued at the National Solidarity and Peacemaking Centre in Nay Pyi Taw yesterday morning.

Vice-Chairman-2 Sao Khun Seng attended the meeting.
Unfinished matters at the first
meeting, the regional development, education, health and general matters were
discussed at the second-day meeting. Afterwards, the discussion was made to
sign the agreements on the opinions of both sides resulting from the two days
of negotiations. The second meeting was adjourned then.
The third meeting will be continued
on 7 January and the mutual opinions will be signed as the agreements at the
event, it is learnt.
