SAC members, Union ministers attend dinner to mark 75th Anniversary of Kachin State Day

 

THE honorary dinner for the 75th Anniversary of Kachin State Day was held on the lawn of the office of the State government yesterday.

SAC members Jeng Phang Naw Taung, U Moung Har, U Sai Lon Seng, U Shwe Kyein and Union Ministers Lt-Gen Tun Tun Naung, U Maung Maung Ohn, U Hla Moe, U Thaung Han, U Aung Naing Oo, Dr Nyunt Pe, U Min Thein Zan, U Myo Thant, and U Saw Tun Aung Myint, State Chief Minister U Khet Htein Nan and wife, the commander of Northern Command and wife, deputy ministers, senior Tatmadaw officers, the chief justice of the Kachin State High Court, state cabinet members, state-level departmental officials and ethnic traditional dance troupes attended the dinner.

The state chief minister highlighted that on the anniversary of Kachin State Day, national brethren would show their unity and make concerted efforts for the all-round development of the nation and Kachin State.

Ethnic traditional dance troupes entertained during the dinner and SAC members and Union ministers gave them honorary cash awards.
