UNION Minister for Religious Affairs and Culture U Ko Ko met Ambassador Mr Harishchandra Ghimire of Nepal to Myanmar yesterday at the parlour of the ministry.
The meeting was also attended by deputy ministers, directors-general and officials.
They cordially discussed cooperation in religious affairs between the Buddhist universities of Myanmar and Nepal, matters related to Lumbini-Bodhgaya pilgrimage tours, the cultural exchange programme of artistic and entertainment troupes and the issues of cooperation in archaeology.
