Amyotha Hluttaw Speaker receives German Ambassador

 AMYOTHA Hluttaw Speaker Mahn Win Khaing Than received German Ambassador Mr Thomas Karl Neisinger at the Amyotha Hluttaw guest hall in Nay Pyi Taw yesterday.

Both sides discussed strengthening Myanmar-Germany friendly relations and cooperation, parliamentary business of both countries, Hanns Seidel Foundation’s assistance in developing Myanmar’s Hluttaws, and steps to amend the 2008 Constitution. Amyotha Hluttaw Deputy Speaker U Aye Tha Aung and officials from the Amyotha Hluttaw Office were also present.
