Appointment of Ambassador agreed on

The Government of the Republic of the Union of Myanmar has agreed to the proposed appointment of Ms Raushan Yesbulatova as Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Kazakhstan to the Republic of the Union of Myanmar, with residence in Bangkok.

Ms Raushan Yesbulatova was born in April 1963 in Taldikorgan, Kazakhstan. In 1988, she studied at the Institute of National Economy and at the Institute of Management and Tourism in 1995. She joined as an Attachè at the Protocol- Political Division of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan in 1998. From 1998 to 2006, she has served in various capacities at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Kazakhstan. From 2006 to 2009, she was the Counsellor at the Permanent Mission of the Republic of Kazakhstan to the United Nations, New York. From 2009 to 2017, she served as Consul -General of the Republic of Kazakhstan in New York. Since 2017, she has been serving as the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of the Kazakhstan to the Kingdom of Thailand. She is married and blessed with one child.
