A
42-member film crew from South Korea’s SBS Plus filmed young children learning
music in Taw Taik Dhamma Yeik Thar monastic school in Mingaladon Township,
Yangon, yesterday as part of their Music Documentary Program.
The
program features popular Korean artists Yoon Do Hyun, Sandara Park, Sandeul,
Kim Jeahwan and Joo-E and will follow their journey to observe the beauty of
Myanmar and teach music to children in classrooms.
The
program will give children without contact with music a chance to learn
practically and show their lovely performances while also exploring the natural
scenery of Myanmar.
The
documentary will film scenes at Yangon International Airport, Dee Doke
Waterfall, Sin Phyu Mae Pagoda, U Bein Bridge, Bagan NyaungU, and Shwe Gu
monastic school from 9 to 18 September.
The
program is planned to broadcast ‘My Music Teacher Mingalaba’ on South Korea’s
SBS Plus, SBS FunE and Myanmar’s Free to Air Channel, Fortune TV.
