Union Minister Thura U Aung Ko receives Sri Lankan Ambassador Mr Nandimithra Ekanayake

UNION MINISTER of Religious Affairs and Culture Thura U Aung Ko received Sri Lankan Ambassador Mr Nandimithra Ekanayake and party at Ministry of Religious Affairs and Culture yesterday morning.

During the meeting, they discussed collaboration between two countries in the matters of religion and culture, donating 12 foot tall pagoda to Sri Lanka, assistance in securing for Sri Lankan monastery in Myanmar to accommodate pilgrims form Sri Lanka and future collaboration between the two countries.
