Prior to the reception, the attendees saluted the National flags of both countries while playing the National anthems.
Then, Singaporean Ambassador Ms Vanessa Chan and Union Minister U Thaung Tun delivered key note speeches which was followed by dinner.
The event was attended by U Kyaw Tint Swe, Union Minister for the Office of the State Counsellor, and wife, Union Minister for Social Welfare, Relief and Resettlement Dr Win Myat Aye and wife, Union Minister for Ethnic Affairs Nai Thet Lwin and Wife, Chairman of Nay Pyi Taw Council and wife, deputy ministers, Hluttaw representatives, departmental heads, ambassadors to Myanmar, officials and invited guests.
