Union Minister for Education Dr. Myo Thein Gyi went to Yangon Education
University, Yangon University and Yangon Distance University and met with
officials of the universities yesterday morning.
At the meeting with rectors, pro rectors, professors (department heads),
teachers, union and students, union matters relating to teaching and management
for higher education sector development, reform of distance university and
opening subject wise online diploma courses were discussed.
