U Aung Kyi, Chairman of Anti-Corruption Commission, received Ms
Andrea Faulkner, Ambassador of Australia to Myanmar, at his office in Nay Pyi
Taw yesterday.
During their meeting, they discussed the commission’s works
including establishing Corruption Prevention Units in 18 Union Ministries,
providing educational programmes to promote integrity of students in basic and
middle school, organizing the Youth Integrity Camp 2019 held earlier this month
in Nay Pyi Taw, and drafting the law on whistleblower protection.
Also present at the meeting were commission Secretary U San Win,
members U Zaw Win and Daw Myat Myat Soe and officials.
