Ministries to hold press conferences on third year of administration

THE Union Ministries will be holding separate press conferences on different days on their journey during the third year of the civilian government’s administration. The press conferences will all be held at Office No. 7 at the Ministry of Information in Nay Pyi Taw.

The schedule for the press conferences is as follows:
1. The Ministry of Electricity and Energy, Ministry of Border Affairs, and the Office of the Union Auditor-General on 9 May.
2. The Ministry of Transport and Communications, Ministry of Social Welfare, Relief and Resettlement, and the Ministry of Industry on 13 May.
3. The Ministry of Ethnic Affairs, Ministry of Education, and Nay Pyi Taw Council on 15 May.
4. The Ministry of the Office of the Union Government, Ministry of Construction, and the Central Bank of Myanmar on 17 May.
5. The Ministry of Information, Ministry of Natural Resources and Environmental Conservation, and the Ministry of Hotels and Tourism on 21 May.
6. The Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Ministry of International Cooperation, Ministry of the Office of the State Counsellor, Office of the Union Attorney-General, and the Union Civil Service Board on 23 May.
7. The Ministry of Home Affairs, Ministry of Defence, and the Ministry of Health and Sports on 27 May.
8. The Ministry of Investment and Foreign Economic Relations, Ministry of Commerce, and the Ministry of Planning and Finance on 29 May.
9. The Ministry of Religious Affairs and Culture, Ministry of Labour, Immigration and Population, and the Ministry of Agriculture, Livestock and Irrigation on 31 May.
