Senior
General Min Aung Hlaing, Commander-in-Chief of Defence Services, received a
delegation led by Zhao Kezhi, member of the CPC Central Committee and Minister
of Public Security, in the Zeyar Thiri Beikman in Nay Pyi Taw yesterday
afternoon.
During
the meeting, they discussed matters related to the two countries’ borderline
peace and stability, cooperation in bilateral security, anti-drugs and
anti-human trafficking works, cooperation between the two armed forces and
police forces of Myanmar and China, the efforts made by the Tatmadaw for the
peace process in Myanmar, and the condition for China’s approval of the
solution of Myanmar’s Tatmadaw on Rakhine.
