Sea View Condo sales room opened in Myeik

Sea view condominium will be built at the opposite of the Andaman Sea on the Strand Road of Myeik in Taninthayi Region. The sea view condo project will include walking street market and the first sale of shops at the market was opened on the first week of February.

At the opening, the Managing Director of Pyay Phyo Tun International Co.Ltd gave greetings and CEO from Sea View Condo Project explained about the project and stores. Afterwards, attendees looked around the replica of stores and condo at the display and purchased some shops in some location at the market.

At the project, there are 168 shops in the walking street market and 111 have been sold. The estimated price of a shop is from 40 million to 400 million. The customer can buy on hire purchase because the company is linked to Central Bank in order to be easy for those who want to start an own business. Those who want to purchase the shop must make 30 per cent downpayment and 70 per cent of the rest will be paid with an installment plan during eight years according to the Operation Director of the project.

Construction of the Sea View Condo’s street market has been completed in 60 per cent; the completion of the store construction is one year.
