Maungtaw
District Deputy Commissioner U Ye Htut and officials met repatriates who stay
at the temporary camps near Taungpyoletwe village of Myanmar-Bangladesh border
areas, yesterday.
During
the meeting, Maungtaw District Deputy Commissioner U Ye Htut explained the
process of citizenship scrutiny and agreements which was being made between
Myanmar and Bangladesh governments.
Then
Maungtaw District Deputy Commissioner clarified matters relating to bilateral
agreements between Myanmar and Bangladesh, Humanitarian assistance and border
affairs, it was learnt.
