A
delegation led by Senior General Min Aung Hlaing who attended Defence &
Security 2017 exhibition left Suvarnabhumi international airport yesterday
morning.
The
Commander-in-Chief and delegation were seen off at the Suvarnabhumi Airport by
Gen Ponpipaat Benyasri Chief of Joint Staff and senior officers of the Royal
Thai Armed Forces, Myanmar Ambassador to Thailand U Myo Myint Than, Myanmar
Military Attaché (Army, Navy, Air) Brig-Gen Khin Zaw and officials.
Then
Senior General and delegation arrived at Yangon Intenational Airport yesterday
afternoon and welcomed by Commander in Chief (Navy) Admiral Tin Aung San,
Commander in Chief (Air) General Khin Aung Myint and high ranking officers from
Commander in Chief (Army), Yangon Common Commander Brig-Gen Thet Pon, Thailand
Ambassador to Myanmar H.E Mr. Jukr Boon-Long and Thailand Naval Attache’ and
Air Attache’ to Myanmar.
