Men’s asian challenge Hockey competition 2017 to be hosted in Myanmar

The 2017 Men’s asian challenge Hockey competition will be hosted at Thein Phyu Hockey Stadium in Yangon from 25 november to 3 December, according to the asian Hockey Federation webpage.

National teams from Brunei, Hong Kong, Sri lanka, chinese Taipei, Uzbekistan, and Kazakhstan will participate in the competition.
The Myanmar national hockey team won silver in the 2017 Sea Games in Kuala lumpur, Malaysia. Myanmar lost in the final to the world 12th ranked host Malaysia by a score of 0-14.Myanmar will play Hong Kong on 25 november, Sri lanka on 26 november, Bru-nei on 28 november, Kazakh-stan on 30 no    vember, chinese Taipei on 2 December and Uzbekistan on 3 December in the upcoming Men’s asian challenge Hockey competi-tion.
The match schedule was approved by International Hockey Federation on 17 august.
