Certificate of
honour awarded to Aung La N Sang by Commander-in-Chief of Defence Services
Senior General Min Aung Hlaing was handed over to the One Championship
Middleweight Title Holder through a representative at Sedona Hotel in Yangon
yesterday morning.
Aung La N Sang
was honoured as he defeated his challenger Alain Ngalani (Hong Kong), Muay Thai
and Kickboxing Champion, through a guillotine choke in the first round of an
open-weight bout at ONE Championship 63. The match took place at Thuwunna Stadium in
Yangon on 3 November.
The Champion
accepted the certificate of honour from Col Min Thet Oo of Yangon Command.
In addition to
the Commander-in-Chief’s certificate of honour, families of Tatmadaw (Army,
Navy, Air) also presented an honorary award of K 10 million to Aung La N Sang
who won the One Championship Middleweight Title on 30 June this year.
