U Htin Kyaw, the President of the Republic of the
Union of Myanmar, received a delegation led by H.E. Dr. Somkid Jatusripitak,
Deputy Prime Minister of Thailand, yesterday morning at the Credentials Hall of
the Office of the President in Nay Pyi Taw.
During the meeting, they discussed implementation of
small-and-medium-sized enterprises in the development of the border areas of
the two countries, promoting the investments of the economy and infrastructure.
Also present were Union Minister for Electricity and
Energy U Pe Zin Tun, Minister of State for Foreign Affairs U Kyaw Tin and
Deputy Minister for Planning and Finance U Maung Maung Win and officials.
