Prizes presented at closing ceremony of Children’s Literature Festival in Mandalay

The closing ceremony of the Children’s Literature Festival jointly organised by the Ministry of Information and the Mandalay Region Government was held at the Myanmar Information and Institutional Technology University in Chanmyatharzi Township in Mandalay yesterday.

At the ceremony, the regional minister for Shan Ethnic Affairs expressed his thanks for those who contributed to the success of the event.

Prizes were then presented to eight winners from public schools, monastic schools and private schools for each category of the event, including storytelling, impromptu talks, paper folding contests and colouring contests at the high school, middle school and primary school levels.

Later, certificates of honour were presented to those who contributed to the success of the event.
