Deputy Minister for Construction U Myo Myint and members of the Chin State Rehabilitation and Reconstruction Committee visited vineyards, a wine production site, a weaving and vocational training school, and handicraft businesses in Falam Township on 12 July.
The
deputy minister stressed the need to support MSMEs, including grape cultivation
and wine production, to help them grow into sustainable family businesses. He
also inspected damaged weaving equipment, observed handloom production, and
instructed relevant departments to promote small-scale industries supporting
agriculture, livestock and construction sectors.
