Ethnic cultural troupes performing on 72nd Union Day tour Nay Pyi Taw


Members of ethnic culture troupes from regions and states, who will be performing at the 72nd Anniversary Union Day celebrations, made their first-day excursions in Nay Pyi Taw yesterday in two groups.

The first group consisted of Kachin, Kayah, Kayin and Chin states, and Lawgore and Geba ethnic cultural troupes.
They visited National Landmark Garden, Defence Services Museum, the Pyidaungsu Hluttaw, the Pyithu Hluttaw, the Amyotha Hluttaw, Gems Museum and Junction Center in Nay Pyi Taw.
The second group consisted of ethnic culture troupes from Ayeyawady and Taninthayi regions, Mon, Rakhine and Shan states, and Wa ethnicity.
They visited Zoological Garden, Planetarium, Myoma Market, Water Fountain Garden, Buddha Gaya and Uppatasanti Pagoda in Nay Pyi Taw.
The ethnic traditional culture troupes will make their second-day excursion in Nay Pyi Taw today.
