Pyidaungsu Hluttaw Joint Bill Committee holds meeting

The Pyidaungsu Hluttaw Joint Bill Committee held a meeting over a bill amending controversial Farmland Law between the two Hluttaws at the meeting hall of Pyidaungsu Hluttaw Building D in Nay Pyi Taw yesterday.

The meeting was attended by Pyidaungsu Hluttaw Deputy Speaker Joint Bill Committee Chairman U Tun Aung (a) U Tun Tun Hein, deputy chairpersons, secretary, joint secretary and members of Joint Bill Committee, chairpersons, secretaries and members of Pyithu Hluttaw Agriculture, Livestock Breeding and Rural Development Committee, Amyotha Hluttaw Agriculture, Livestock Breeding and Fishery Development Committee and Farmers Affairs Committee, and officials from the Ministry of Office of the Union Government, the Ministry of Agriculture, Livestock and Irrigation, the Union Attorney-General Office and Pyidaungsu Hluttaw Office.
